8 year old son having irregular stomach ache since morning, but got fever 100° in evening 7pm. Gave mefnac spas syrup in morning and Paracip 7.5 ml in evening for evening. requesting advise on medication. Went to loo once in afternoon which was stinking bad.

My wife was vaccinated first dose of covishield in 9.30 morning today, now (1.30 pm) she is having itching on face and neck with small tiny dots along with pain' (little) around vaccinated area and hand. She had paracip 650 after breakfast post vaccination, is it alright or need to do something?

My brother has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis since 2019, but after that the ms was manageable but since last 3 days he was suffering from very high fever with disability in walking and even standing. However its been 2 days severe itching is happening. First day there was red rashes was visible. now no rashes..specially itching heavily on palms. Please suggest.
