  4. High fever. Last 2 days. please advice.

High fever
My wife is suffering from high fever ranges 101-103'F from last 4-5 days. In day time fever is normal however in night it is high. she is having paracip 250 mg and zifi 200 mg twice a day from last 2 days. please advice.
