High fever of 103 degrees. Not getting down even after taking paracip 500. Suspected due to heat. Slight uneasy stomach.

I am having fever and feeling very cold. At same time, I have pain in throat, like lot of mucus and very difficult to swallow anything.I had taken azax 500 & paracip 650 yesterday night.it didn't helped much.All hospitals in my area are closed today as it's Sunday. Need to know if I can take azax & paracip now in noon Or any other medicine.Thx.

Hi doctor, My wife is suffering from bone in pain and muscle,lacking vit d and calcium. For this our general physician has prescribed paracip 500mg, which we are taking once in day at night time when pain is more. It's almost a month since she started taking it,and pain is gradually getting reduced but still unbearable we are continuing on paracip as suggested by doctor. My query: Is taking 1 500mg paracetamol daily will have any long term effect on her body,if taken for 2 month duration?thanks

Hi, I am having fever and headache since last 24 hrs. I took 1 paracip 650. With it fever came down. But after 3hrs fever again returned. My doctor suggested me to take Dolo 650. I took a Dolo 650 after 6 hrs but it didnt helped. Fever remained between 100 and 102. After 7 hrs i took another.. and still fever is not coming down. After 6 hrs now, i have taken anothet Paracip 650. I am 7 months pregnant. Please suggest.

Went to sagar hispital emergency midnight as he had 103 temp and had headache for 4 hrs and cold some breathing issue for which we gave nebulisation duolin at home and it went off and in emergency doctor gave him inj paracip 1g and took cbc all report normal question is did he need 1g paracip inj his temp is now fluctuating between 99 and 100
