Cold 103 fever headache

Asked for Male, 11 Years

Went to sagar hispital emergency midnight as he had 103 temp and had headache for 4 hrs and cold some breathing issue for which we gave nebulisation duolin at home and it went off and in emergency doctor gave him inj paracip 1g and took cbc all report normal question is did he need 1g paracip inj his temp is now fluctuating between 99 and 100

Hello.. Well 103 is too much..first thing is I would advice to maintain a temperature chart and monitor every 6 th hrly.. can continue paracetamol medication...but you also need to do tepid sponging...make sure that you have food properly and also min 8-10 glasses of water per day. ... take rest and consult a physician for examination...thank you
