Fever not coming down from 103
My kid aged 12 having fever 103. Given dolo 650 but fever didnt come down. Got Dr appointment but still 3 hrs to visit dr. He have fever from last evening

If fever is not reducing at all,give combiflam instead of plain paracetamol,can be repeated 4 hourly.
