  4. Fever 103 and loss of appetite. Hour.

Fever 103 and loss of appetite
My son had fever last night around 101 gave him pcm 250 3ml. Fever came down but again came after 6 hours. Medicine was repeated but fever shot up to 103. Gave meftal p 3ml. Please help. Not coming down. It's been one hour .

Immediately go for tepid sponging and Paracetamol suppository needed as per weight, kindly consult
