My daughter 103 fever
My daughter has 103 fever. At present where we will meet any doctor. Given Dolo medicine to him.how we can resolve this problem at present.

Continue giving dolo every 6 hours along with lots of fluids and sponging to reduce the temperature, until you consult a pediatrician
