Fever and mouth ulcer for past 3 days

I am suffering from continuous fever, painful mouth ulcer and weakness for continuous 3 days now. I have been taking only Paracip to bring down the fever. No other medicine. Please suggest what is this and how to cure?

Paracetamol interactions

Can I take Deflazafort, Oreva dermacare (prescribed for my allergy) and paracip 650 together? I have mild body ache, mild temp which is gone now, but no chills. Can I take paracip 650 to get rid of my body pain? Pain is mild and bearable anyway. Is there any interaction between these? Please help ! Thank you, God bless !
