Asked for Female, 21 Years

Hello, I am felling feverish since this morning and dizziness also but sometimes.... I cannot go to a doctor as I have lot of work to do in office... Can I take paracip-650 .. and if yes, then what should be the dose and if not, then prefer one medi for me..please Thank you!
