My child 4years old getting fever at yesterday night am given paracip 250 mg 5ml dose fever is relief on that time but child getting fever today evening what is the problem?

No problem Just check is it associated with cough cold If yes  then don't worry Its viral only Give paracip  for next 2 days If fever persist then consult to ur nearest pediatrician
