Fever is coming back and back again
My child is having fever. In the morning he felling good. But during night especially he is getting fever.

Most fevers in children are viral in origin and take 3-7 days to subside completely. Unless accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness,just give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required. If not improving in 3-5 days,get him investigated.
