  4. Thigh pain and fever. Could be this?

Thigh pain and fever
I am having pain in legs from yesterday intermittently. Today when I checked- had fever 99.8 which increased to 100.3 in afternoon . I took saptron and paracip-500. Now in evening- temperature has increased to 102.2 with intense pain in thighs in between. What could be this ? I have taken another dose of paracip500 now
