All of a sudden, it feels like my brain in numb and completely devoid of the context. I work in a high pressure environment with a lot of stress at my workplace. Recently, I recovered from Jaundice and I occasionally smoke too. Kindly recommend me what to do in this situation.

Hello Sir/Madam, I wanted to know which Gastro Disease can occur suddenly ? Because I was completely well one day and the very next day I started to get extreme excessive bloating , burping , heartburn etc... At first I thought of food poisoning but then the problem is lingering for months.

I have a good sleep usually around 7 hrs. The problem started around 2 weeks back when i started thinking that when sleep will come. This has cause overthinking and anxiety a d causes in delaying my sleep. Usually i fall asleep within 5 minutes. How do i get out of this?

2 times in 3 months I have experinced the same issue. Suddenly, with no injury or extreme use, I begin having pain from top of wrist back along center line. Feels like pulled muscle. Within hours it begins to swell slightly, the wrist hurts terribly. Cannot move fingers without agony. If the fingers are pressed down lightly the pain increases. If the fingers are lifted slightly (using the other hand) the pain decreases slightly. Within 1-2 days it goes away. Vein leaking causing pressure?

I have difficulty to get up in the morning everyday.This might seem to be a small problem but it is a very big one for me as each day i fight with myself.Moreover i have difficulty sleeping at night.it takes me 2-3 hrs to sleep when i get into my bed. Due to this i can't take out time for myself during the morning .i get up so late that i can't do anything as i have to go to office also. Please help me find the right solution for my problem.

I have had numerous symptoms such as: Lightheadedness, Forgetfulness, Tightness/Pressure at the base of skull, Lack of energy, Poor sleep, Low testosterone, erectile dysfunction, after sex my hearing becomes muffled for a few minutes, Trouble losing weight, Caffeine sensitivity, Bursts of intense exercise trigger panic attack symptoms, and lack of emotion. The doctors I have seen have done tests and cant find a reason.

As soon as I consume any aerated drink which I hardly take but still on taking on some occasions like in form of soda lime juice I start getting a very peculiar stinging pain only at the left side of my neck till the left.
