Regarding delayed sleep onset
I have a good sleep usually around 7 hrs. The problem started around 2 weeks back when i started thinking that when sleep will come. This has cause overthinking and anxiety a d causes in delaying my sleep. Usually i fall asleep within 5 minutes. How do i get out of this?

How much is the delay ? You can be given a short course of medicine/ SOS medicine for sleep. Few more questions- this anxiety is only related to sleep or do you feel anxious while doing other things ? Do you drink/ smoke ? Please consult a Psychiatrist. Feel free to consult me if your problem doesn't get resolved.
