Sudden onset of headache since 3 days on the left side above the left eye at the same time of the day. It is severe sharp pain associated with nausea and sweating also sometimes. It lasts for about 10-15 minutes

Hello , Yesterday evening I had a slow onset of headache. And at night I was having a good headache with fever till morning. Morning I went to doctor and got paracetamol. Anything to worry.

My widal test shows salmonella typhi o and H 1:160 and ESR 35 is it typhoid I am havibg fever onset from last 5 6days fever comes and goes whats it all.

My daughter now 13 has been experiencing severe constipation since onset of menstruation,though she had chronic constipation but the intensity has gone worse over last 1 year .She has episodes of high mood swings and anxiety, depression and once her stool passes after efforts of laxatives,stool softeners it has seeds like things in it example mustard seeds etc. Does the harmonal fluctuations with monthly cycle affects digestion ? What tests needs to be done? Stool routine was normal.

I am in 34 weeks pregnant and baby weight is 1479 gm and there is a 3 weeks AC, FL and EFW lag in baby. On 28 th week baby weight was 960 gm and there was 2 weeks weight lag. My age is 34 and weight is 58 kg ang height is 5ft. Doc has given me Arg 9 sachet and 2 injection of bethamethsone. Also recently I have diagnosed with early onset iugr. Just wanted to confirm all this will harm my baby and is there any chance of preterm birth?

Hello.. My 3 year old baby girl has sudden onset of vomiting..afternoon she ate some rice with cluster beans curry ,boiled egg, and she slept for 2 hours. After 3,4 hours she vomited all stuff what she ate afternoon.In 2 hours she vomited 5,6 times.. She drank water, vomited that too.. She has mild cold.apart from that, no fever, stomach pain.nothing. She's sleeping only.. Not taking any food.. If I try to feed her, again she is vomiting.. Is that normal?! Should I rush to hospital? Or can I wait some more time?is there any home remedy?Please suggest me.

Yesterday, in the morning I am not feeling well, I had sore throat & stiffy nose, in the evening yesterday, I got mild fever of about 99.8, pounding heartbeat above 100 & had also mild body pain, I had taken proper diet, and also take Calpol 500mg, then I slept, I sweat too much during night while sleeping, when I woke up today, I was feeling good but still I went for covid test, Antigen Test Comes Positive Immediately. At present situation, I am feeling good, but there is a little bit of dizziness and pounding heartbeat above 100. I am also mentioning here that I had precautionary dose in May 2022. Is it onset of symptoms of covid? What shall I do now?

My jijaji has devloped sudden onset double vision 2 days back.. Associated with headache.Double vision devloped after watching movie in Theatre at that time severe headache occured. But now headache is improved but double vision persist. It is monocular type of double vision. After that he is done with MRI,MR venography and eye examination, both were normal. He has hypothyroidism, taking eltroxin. His current BP was 130/90. His father died with Multiple sclerosis. What should we do now.. We are very tensed about multioke sclerosis. Please help

I am inquiring about my father. He is a retired army officer and just turned 60. Over the past couple of years he himself and evebody around him has noticed a sudden decline in his short term memory .He has become very forgetful.there is a sudden decline in his ability to perform usual stuff like driving a car. He also realizes this fact and it is affecting his personality a lot of late. He has become reserved from an otherwise outgoing n jovial person .He is also contemplating quitting his job because of the embarrassment caused due to his forgetfulness. He is convinced that it's early onset of Alzheimer's disease. Kindly advise me if we should consult a psychiatrist or a neurologist.
