I was prescribed to take 6 tablets of misoprostol tomorrow 2 in the mrng orally 2 in the aftrnun orally 2 in the night orally.Do I have to take it with water

Bleeding is increasing even after 2 days of misoprostol and also abdominal pain over stomach and lower right side

My wife has 5 weeks unwanted pregnancy. She had incomplete abortion with mifepristone and misoprostrol (taken Orally) as bleeding has decreased gradually. Last misoprostol tablet she took was at 22.20 on 25 Feb 2018. Due to financial reasons we cannot go for DandC. So what should be the dosage of misoprostol again (this time vaginally)? Please tell the dosage and timing of misoprostol again.

Thave opted for Medical Abortion. I need to know the correct method for using the misoprostol after mifepristone Is it 2 tablets orally ( is it to be swallowed to kept in the mouth for 30 mins? and 2 tablets from the vagina? Or is it 4 tablets from the vagina? What is the correct ratio to do it? My gynaecologist suggested to take 2 orally and 2 from my vagina but i read quite a few articles online that said to take 4 from the vagina so im really confused. Please help its urgent

I had 6 weeks pregnancy,it was missed abortion case.my doctor gave me misoprostone and misoprostol through vagina.at the first day of pill one small lemon size clot came after that on 4th and 5th day 2 or 3 small clots came out.today is 6th bleeding is vary slow only morning and eveing time some spotting seems.so is it right going.cramping were stopped on third day.so is everything normal and till when i should wait to stop bleeding and when i need to visit my doctor for USG.

I took mifepristone orally and after 24 hours i took 4tab of misoprostol orally as directed by my gynaecologist. However, i had little spotting for few hours then after no bleeding at all. Only cramps and nausea. I am worried if the tables have worked as i am having no bleeding even after 21hurs of taking misoprostol. Kindly guide wat should i do

It's been 7days she got to know that she's pregnant while UPT was +ve and when done TVU she was said she is 4-5 weeks at gestational age without yolk sac and fetal pole so she took medicinal method for abortion under doctor prescription the first dose of mifestrone was taken in the clinic orally after 24hrs she felt little cramps and after 48hrs 4 dose of misoprostol was given 2 dose orally and 2 dose vaginally by the doctor after the dose doctor said she will start to bleed within 1 hour but she bleeded little after 3hrs and after 4hrs she was having very bad cramps and she saw white tissue like structure after with brown discharge and later she didn't bleed till now its been almost 48hrs and there is no cramps or pain is this the sign of missed abortion? She is tensed please suggest what to do next
