I took only one misoprostol through vagina and after 1 hour i got bleeding should i want to take more tablet of misoprostol

If I use misoprostol for abortion and doctor can detect the misoprostol content from my aborted tissues via histopathological examination?

After taking Misoprostol she is still bleeding today is day 18th and she is still bleeding. On day 15th the bleeding stopped and again on  day 17th spot bleeding was there and today on day 18th there was black color bleeding in morning what should i do.
