No bleeding after misoprostol. Abortion?

It's been 7days she got to know that she's pregnant while UPT was +ve and when done TVU she was said she is 4-5 weeks at gestational age without yolk sac and fetal pole so she took medicinal method for abortion under doctor prescription the first dose of mifestrone was taken in the clinic orally after 24hrs she felt little cramps and after 48hrs 4 dose of misoprostol was given 2 dose orally and 2 dose vaginally by the doctor after the dose doctor said she will start to bleed within 1 hour but she bleeded little after 3hrs and after 4hrs she was having very bad cramps and she saw white tissue like structure after with brown discharge and later she didn't bleed till now its been almost 48hrs and there is no cramps or pain is this the sign of missed abortion? She is tensed please suggest what to do next
