No bleeding after taking misoprostol
Hi Doctor, I am 40 years old with 5 weeks pregnant. I took mifepritone and misoprostol kit. Its been 24 hours since i have taking misoprostol. I have very slight spoting brownish in color. Is it normal for bleeding to start days after taking these medicines or the bleeding shoulh happen instant. Please advise. Thanks

Assuming that you have done UPT and USG and After confirmation, your doctor has prescribed and you have taken medicine, you require some more medicine and repeat TVS - Trans vaginal sonography. Sometimes at around age of 40 you have irregular cycles & sometimes due to chemical reaction UPT may give false positive result, at that time you may not get adequate results of medical abortion pills.
