I am a VEGGIE and I have vitamin b12 deficiency and have all the related complaints for which I have already asked a querry but I have an another dought because I have put up OVER WEIGHT in past three months and feel very tiered right from afternoon ,suffer from deppression ,body pain and tingling IBM hand and leg ..please tell me if I should go in for a vitamin d3 blood test...if I lack vitamin d3 ..can I take treatment for vitamin d3 along with treatment for vitamin b12 together.kindly help.

I have got 25 Hydroxy Vitamin D deficiency Dr. suggested me to take Vitamin D3 60 k capsule once a week for 8 weeks. But in report it is mentioned that 25 Hydroxy Vitamin is Vitamin D2 and D3. Do I need to take Vitamin D2 supplements also? Please guide.

My baby is 6 months old (preterm of 35weeks) has calcium deficiency and was taking osspon D and vitamin D3 0.5ml daily..now as per doctor suggestion as levels were ok we stopped ossopan d and continuing vitaminD3. ..should i increase vitD3 dosage..inage of Vit D3 is attached plz

6-8 months before my Vitamin B12 was 100 and Vitamin D3 was 13.2. I started supplements for these deficiency Recently my Vitamin B12 is 398 and Vitamin D3 is 48. Can anyone guide me whether I should stop taking supplements or I should continue it?

I had been giving 1ml of d3 to my baby which was 400iu. When I changed the brand I didn't realize that this new brand had 400iu in .5ml which meant I have been giving my child 800iu of d3. My child is doing fine but my concern is will my mistake have any harmful affect

Hello Sir..I have teste 25-hydroxy vitaminD Total(D2 & D3) of my mother...its value is 13.4 ng/ml...Her age is 46year..height 5feet..and body weight 72kg..should She need vitamin D3 supplement..if yes..then what should be the recommended dosage for her..and their duration..pls advice

Took uprise d3 cholecalciferol tablet once in a week for a month. After 2 months, vitamin d3 is only 12ng/ml ( 25 hydroxy cholecalciferol - method CMIA). . Can i continue to take the same tablet for another 3 months ? I have skin pigmentation on hands and legs.

Vit D3 lvel is 8.6 ng/mol. Doctor suggested to take d-rise 6000IU daily for 6 days. But not suggested any calcium or Vitamin K2 supplement. It is safe to have such high dose of Vit-D3 ?
