Vitamin B12 and D3
6-8 months before my Vitamin B12 was 100 and Vitamin D3 was 13.2.
I started supplements for these deficiency
Recently my Vitamin B12 is 398 and Vitamin D3 is 48.
Can anyone guide me whether I should stop taking supplements or I should continue it?

Yes both are under normal range so can stop taking the supplements however u need to keep a check on ur diet so that the deficiency does not occur again
