Hi 27f my vit d3 is 15.5 I have been taking vit d3 since a month weekly once 60k ...my doctor asked me to take weekly once for 4 months and monthly once for two months.when should I again re check my vit d3 levels? Iam having severe fatigue body aches upper back chest pain during certain movements

Hello, my wife having very low vitamin d3, Under 10. I consulted BHMS and he gave one vitamin d3 injection and asked to come after every week till 3 weeks for injection and given additional supplements for vitamin d3. Also other medicines as well. It's been 4 days and i can't see that much recovery. Ther is a pain in chest and body. what i needs to do. Which doctor should i consult. Is there any big thing to worry for such illness?

My daughter is falling sick very often with cold and high fever at least monthly once. Recently we had taken her blood test as recommended by Doctor. Her d3 level is 12.6! Doctor advices to take D well sachet once in a month for 6 months. Is it okay to give or how to improve D3 in baby other than sunlight/sun bath. Will this D3 affect the immunity of the baby. I was taking vit D3 (60000 IU) I.e. 60 thousand IU every week. I didn't know that I was pregnant. I got the news today. Will this high dose of vitamin D3 affect my fetus?
