My mother is suffering from congestion for last three years. She is also having slight bronchitis. it gone wrose when she had viral fever two weeks before.She is under treatment and taking Montelukast Sodium,Levocetirizine,HCL IR,Acebrophylline along with doxofylline and ambroxol hydrochloride. She is suffering from Clough for last three weeks. What should I do now? We are giving her nebulizer as well for last one week.I am scared for her lungs .what test we can perform to see the status of congestion and lungs? Is there any chances of TB? For how much time nebulization can be given to a person? She is taking duoline and budecart fir nebulization.

Hi, I have persistent cough from 4 days. Sometimes very thick and little phlegm comes out . Rt pcr test is negative . However since I have asthma from childhood, it's something causing me wheezing breath. As a maintenance inhaler I am using aerocort and asthalin as a rescue inhaler. Cough syrup used is ambroxol hcl, guaiphensein and terbutaline. Kindly suggest me best treatment to overcome this.

I have very painful menses Much cramps and pain at vaginal region and anal region ... And have 6-7 days early periods. So i consult a doctor.. She prescribed me omeprazole tab ,mefenamic acid diclomine hcl ,metronidazole and ofloxacin ... When she prescribed these my periods stopped so i wasnt take these medicines ...now my periods are about to came even little pain starts So should i take this medicines now ? And are these medicines are right ? And what else i can do to reduce pain ?

Good evening, I'm an 18 year old male, have been having chronic constipation for months now, can't pass gas and always feel bloated and full, I've taken medication prior to this happening ranging from modafinil, phennibut hcl, to ibuprofen and antibiotics like amoxicillin. I am on 150mg Effexor and 150mg Bupropion HCL SR and .2-.3ml of Progesterone HRT and it is very difficult to get up in the morning. I just want to stay in bed. I have no problem staying up very late like 4am. Even if I go to bed at 1am and get up at 9am I still could fall asleep when I'm sitting at my work desk. I use to exercise everyday now may once a week. Hard to get up in the morning I feel very groggy until about 2-3pm

Sir,I went to guwahati last year for studying purposes...but the environment there didn't suit me...i had very infections and allergies due to the polluted air and water....i had red patches on my face and the pubic region ...and also swelling of the eyelids and itching ....i consulted a doctor.....she prescribed me------INTRANIL 100 & TERBINAFINE HCl Cream.....the red patches are gone but I still have the eyelid swelling....pls help....its taking a toll

Hi I have pain in right side abdomen since last 4 years. There is a specific point on right side on my stomach where I feel the pain when press that point. 2 years back I had ultrasound but it was all clear. I recently consulted a doctor who prescribed me clidinium bromide chlordiazepoxide and doxycycline hcl tablet along with esofag d capsule for one month , I took it for 15 days and after a gap of 7 days started it again. But I don't see any reduction in pain.infact I had issues while urinating. Please guide me what to do. Thanks

My wife is now 29 weeks pregnant. Doctor had recommended usual medicines of Iron, Folic Acid, Calcium etc. But 20 days back doctor has prescribed Alamin M Forte, but since it was not available that time locally, I took astymin M forte, which she is taking still. This medicine is a multivitamin which has certain Amino Acids, Namely, L Arginine, L Lysine HCL, DL Methionine,L leucine, L Valine, L Isoleucine, L Phenylalanine,L Tryptophan, L Threonine, L Histidine HCL plus certain vitamins and minerals in it. This medicines is recommended 2 times a day so my wife is taking this 2 times since last twenty days. Also doctor advised another tablet of multivitamin which has 10 mg of lycopene in it. It was suggested to take once a day. My wife is taking it since last 15 days. So my question is : whether amino acids which are mentioned above and lycopene (10 mg) are safe to take in pregnancy?

On Oct 06 I got 101 fever with chill. then started loose motion for 10 days sometime 8-10 times a day. First Prescription - Ofloxacin then Loperamide. Hard Stool 1-2 times after Loperamide. Then Second Prescription after 5 days - Rafixmin, Doxynec, Lee Dott & Lee Biotic. Next two days of pure water in motion. Third prescription - Loperamide, Ofloxacin & Lee Biotic. Watery Loose motion for 2-3 days. On Oct 15 I stopped all medicines. A few tests done some highlights are: Hb1Ac: 6.6 EGA: 142.8 Stool Occult - Positive Stool R/M - Normal Stool Culture - Normal C-Reactive Protein - 48 ESR - 28 Blood In Urine RBC - 2.6 (Urine) Hb - 15.5 Urea - 6 BUN - 12 BUN/Creatine Ratio - 6.5 Current Symptoms: 2-4 Stools Mushy or Soft Blob, Back Pain sometime, Pin Point pain on left side below ribs. Little Bit Dry Mouth and Bloating. I also have Kidney Stone of 3.1 mm in Left Kidney and 2.4 mm in Right Kidney. I have increased Salad, Veggie and Dal Intake and reduced Roti and Rice. Please Suggest.
