Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

I am having pain like muscular pain in ribs as well as below shoulder,both underarm muscular pain .when I deep  breathe there is pain in chest like muscle pull and breath stops suddenly.had taken cold items like ice cream buttermilk everyday continuously  from past 1 month.i suffer from cervical spondylosis it has caused stiff neck also.is it any investigations to be done to look out for in general full fatigue body pain from past 3 days .

Hi Doctors, Greetings From one week, I have pain in my middle and upper back(right shoulder blade), mostly on the right side. In general, during walking or sitting, there is no pain, but when I change postions or move/bend/stretch in a certain way, the pain is very high, and gradually then it goes. Sometimes, the pain is also near ribs ending on the lower side in the movement as stated above. Can you please guide what shall I do, any xray MRI, etc, to be done, and if any over the counter medicine or exercise can help?

It's 3rd time in a year, mostly during morning when I do my house core I get my upper back(left side only) stuck with a sharp pain, which goes to left side neck and left hand,for couple of minutes I usually not able to move my neck and hand,my neck gets stiff nd it's takes 5,6 days to get back in normal condition... it pains a lot during any movement. Today even after taking a session of physiotherapy I am still in pain upper shoulder and upper rib pain Regards

Sir/ma'am My grandfather aged 72 is diabetic and hypothyroidism patient. He is having mild pain in upper side of abdomen just below ribs. He is also not feeling hungry since 24 hrs and has consumed only tea and biscuits. He is slightly constipated and has no other symptoms. I have attached his USG abdomen report and X ray report for your reference. Kindly guide what disease is this and is there any emergency or something serious? Ps: Report are done by famous radiologist in our area.

Sir/ma'am Patient aged 72 diabetic and thyroid disease patient (TSH -8) is having slight pain in upper and central abdomen below ribs region. He is not feeling hunger and have just eat only biscuit and tea from 1 day. Pain is mild but majorly felt during lying down on bed. He is also passing gas sometimes and also burping. Hi, I have pain in and around my 5-6th rib on the middle right side of my chest. It has been more than 2 years since I have been suffering from this pain. I tried everything, the chest hrct is clear, the endoscopy is clear, eco, ECG, lft, kft, is okay. But my CRP is as high as 15 and bit ofcholesterol is high. Please help me what to do and which doctor to seek and what treatment to take. Once a doctor said you have costo condiritis but it's been more than a year since the doctor told me this but still pain is there. How to know it's not a cancer?

I Bruised my chest about 6 months sgo.The bruise faded in one month but the area is still tender after 6 months.Doctor said it takes time to heal.Now what to do as I don't have full relief even after 5.5 months.I have done some physiotherapy excercise but still tenderness not going.Is it permanent Injury or what bruised muscles and rib is sore.I have attached x-ray.

I have chest and back pain since two year sometine pain shifted to left hand and leg also ,feeling tenderness in the back just behinf the rib sometime spinal area back pain ,i walk daily 3-4 km no problem with running and walking ,i done xray ,and all blood test all comes normal ,recently i done my second time ecg iam going to attach ,at the time of ecg iam very anxious and at home my HR always under normal please tell me sir/madam

I am suffering from left shoulder and hand pain from last 1 year . I have done physiotherapy for the same . Now I am getting whole left side pain back and front . Specially left rib cage border pain . My whole left side is paining. Is it due to some internal organ or something else ? To whom should I consult now .. I am IT engineer so sit for longer time due to my work .. pain gets worsened when I am sitting .. even during sleeping not able to sleep as getting confused which side to sleep as gets pain when sleep on one side .. please help
