Pain in bones
I am having pain like muscular pain in ribs as well as below shoulder,both underarm muscular pain .when I deep  breathe there is pain in chest like muscle pull and breath stops suddenly.had taken cold items like ice cream buttermilk everyday continuously  from past 1 month.i suffer from cervical spondylosis it has caused stiff neck also.is it any investigations to be done to look out for in general full fatigue body pain from past 3 days .
