Pain in around 5-6 cartilage from 2years
Hi,
I have pain in and around my 5-6th rib on the middle right side of my chest. It has been more than 2 years since I have been suffering from
this pain. I tried everything, the chest hrct is clear, the endoscopy is clear, eco, ECG, lft, kft, is okay. But my CRP is as high as 15 and bit ofcholesterol is high. Please help me what to do and which doctor to seek and what treatment to take.
Once a doctor said you have costo condiritis but it's been more than a year since the doctor told me this but still pain is there.
How to know it's not a cancer?

Description of your symptoms point towards costochondritis ,as other causes have been ruled out with various investigations you have gone through.It could last for few months to years.cold weather and exposure to air conditioner aggrevate the symptoms.Local heat or cold compress ,OTC analgesics could be helpful.
