Bruised Chest
I Bruised my chest about 6 months sgo.The bruise faded in one month but the area is still tender after 6 months.Doctor said it takes time to heal.Now what to do as I don't have full relief even after 5.5 months.I have done some physiotherapy excercise but still tenderness not going.Is it permanent Injury or what bruised muscles and rib is sore.I have attached x-ray.
