Gastric problem when I wake up
When I wake up in the morning I have a gastric catch in my stomach which makes breathing difficult as well. I recovered from Covid in May and underwent endoscopy and found that I have stomach ulcers and erosive gastritis. Please help me and suggest what I should to prevent the gastric discomfort in my stomach when I get up.
