Medical certificate periods aftr miscar

I had a miscarriage on Aug 2023. After miscarriage, Every month during periods it's getting discomfort and lot of pain. In my office they are not giving leave for periods and asking me to produce medical certificate that I might take leave during periods every month. How can I get medical certificate for the same?
