I met an accident while driving Two wheelers on two week ago. My head was protected by helmet. I did not get any discomfort at that time. I have a pain in right leg while walking. Feeling sick after I eat

I recently had a course of antibiotic for a stomach infection with diarrhoea. After I had completed it, I feel more sick after I have a meal.
