Discomfort in lower right abdomen and right abdomen from 3 months. With some gas and burping at times.. but what causes tenderness when pressed in right side of the abdomen fully side near the pelvic bone

My 18 months old daughter swallowed small piece of plastic sheet (chips packet). She is not showing any discomfort. Will the piece will pass through stool itself or any medication required ?

I get fibrocystic breasts every now and then. My both breasts become lumpy and tender. Also there is a yellowish milky discharge from both breasts on pressing. I got ultrasonomammogram done.
