Pain in breast
I took termination pills, post abortion my breast feels heavy and tender. I am a breast feeding mom, i feel it on my one side of my breast which i feed the most. Mild discomfort..Any concerns?

The breast feeling heavy and tender could be because of breast engorgement
Make sure that the breast tissue is soft
You can use a breast pump to express extra milk
