Breasts after abortion
I had an abortion at 15 weeks over a month ago. I made the mistake of expressing milk from my breasts during a panic attack. They became limp, empty and flaccid. They aren't quite as bad, but will they ever go back to the way the way the were. My nipples are darker too and it's just a constant reminder that causes me anxiety

The breasts cannot get back the way they were before the abortion,unless u do toning of breast muscles, few breast uplifting excercises,good diet and lastly if this doesn't work then cosmetic treatment helps .
