My friend has been suffering from lower abdomen pain and discomfort during her periods.When googled, i got voligo menstrual heating pad which states that it provides relief.Can i buy that ask her to start using?
Will there be any side effects?

There are a whole lot of anti-spasmodic painkillers which are very good for dysmenorrhoea.
A heating pad may be effective but it has lots of limitations in its use.
