Dizziness and spinning
The patient has been feeling dizzy and nausea throughout the day. She complained of the world spinning whenever she lied down or turned her head down. No pain in head but is discomforting. She has got cold for last 8days. She does have migraine and sinusitis problem too. Could any of these have caused this? Is this serious?
