Hi,Last Wednesday i had vomiting and went to a local clinic used medicines on Friday i had discomfort while peeing, I waited for 2 days and discomfort increased also  burning and pain started i reached a doctor she said this could be because of UTI, prescribed medication yesterday everything was good today again i am having discomfort and pain in back side(left) I never faced such things before should I wait for the medicine course to be completed or should I reach to doctor

Hello doctor, I have gum discomfort. I  visited dentist (20 years experience) they said nothing to worry just use soft brush and recommended toothpaste. Till now it's not working. Its all about external application. Once doctor (general physician) told me I am in stage of perimenopause. Does perimenopause cause dry mouth, gum discomfort, muscle stiffness and headache. Please reply.  Do we have medicine for gum discomfort and muscle stiffness. Thank you.

Dear Mam/ Sir Right side lower abdomen mild discomfort from 4 days after colonoscopy, a biopsy was taken from ileum area , is the discomfort because of it or should avoid consult the doctor who did the colonoscopy. Hello Sir/Mam, I was diagnosed with esophagities in Feb 2020. Doc prescribed me sfs and razo. I took that, got little improvement. But was not cured completely. Now a day I am getting stomach discomfort and little pain after having food. Also sometimes in a day I get discomfort randomly. I have recently experienced genital Pain and underwent a lot of tests and X-rays and all reports were normal except the prostate smear which showed that I have infection caused by Gram Positive bacteria. I have been given antibiotics and I am currently on it for the last 5days. While there is no Discomfort during urination or any servere pain but I feel a general discomfort in my genitals and a lot of urges. I wanted to know if I could Masturbate during this time? I can see a white bubble kind of thing in the white part surrounding my iris. It causes a little discomfort. I usually have this kind.of discomfort after the time i have moved to this new city only. Problem is, even with any slight discomfort in my chest, arm or any where, i got very scared, particularly of heart attack & i have very frequent episodes of general discomforts.Abdominal disturbances also occur with other discomforts(like dull ,sometimes sharp but point specific pain in chest for 5-6 secs, point specific pain in left arm). can these pain & discomfort be heart related? I'm 19 and i recently got to know about phimosis,having a tight foreskin which is not retractable at any states, be it flaccid or erect. But i don't feel any pain or discomfort with the inability to retract. I need to know if this situation of mine is a concern or is it okay until I am in no pain or discomfort.
