I'm 19 and i recently got to know about phimosis,having a tight foreskin which is not retractable at any states, be it flaccid or erect. But i don't feel any pain or discomfort with the inability to retract. I need to know if this situation of mine is a concern or is it okay until I am in no pain or discomfort. Hi I am having issues in breathing. At rest or while lying down, breathlessness increases. And constantly there is discomfort in upper left chest. I burp a lot during the day and night which eases the discomfort but it doesn't go away fully. SPO2 is 99. Bp is normal. What can be the cause. Thanks.

I have had heartburn issues. It was the third episode (after evening meal) in the last 7-8 months. I was having a discomfort over upper side of stomach and a minor chest pain.
