I work for long hours at office. My upper back and neck portion is pretty tight and I feel a lump in my throat while sitting. All my jaw bones and ribs are also getting tightened. Please show me a solution

There is a sharp mild pain both the upper middle back side of my rib cage. It comes 2 3 times a day. It's only on the back side , not inside . Is this any problem in my lungs , because I smoke 2 cigarettes a day , please help
