Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

Hi, I have uneven body may ne after a fall from bike (left side). Left side is curve and hard and right side is flat. I can feel gaps inbetween ribs When i sit right side  becoming more flat and left side pains when i breath. Left hand pains now and then and numbs as well some times. Left side is not flexible as right side but even right side has pains when i do workout and when i sleep right side is discomfort. When i hold both sides i feel left ribs are curve and pushed inside and right ones are flattered and popped outside. Even my stomach is not in right position. Attaching pics for reference. I've been experiencing mild pain around the anal area for 25 days. I keep feeling like I need to pass stool, but nothing comes out. It has happened twice, and the stool is completely normal - no blood or mucus.i did stool and blood occult test and I attached my report ,everything is normal but in test there is acidic reaction what is this and is it normal or not ,,,, I don't have any abdominal pain, and there are no visible marks or lumps in the anal area. But pain is almost all over the buttock area My appetite and digestion are normal. I saw a doctor who prescribed antibiotics, thinking it might be an infection, but it hasn't helped.please help me what to do next

I am getting chest pain at both sides and at centre of the chest along with shortness of breath. I'm scared of this and not able to sleep at nights. Also the pain is coming suddenly and will remain for 1 to 2 mins. I'm not able to understand whether these problems are due to Gas or chest/heart problem or lung problem. Last 2-3 days having pulsating headache at the back side of head and neck area. From yesterday night having gas filled sensation in chest with palpitations even on normal walk. Medical check showed BP 125/105 left hand and 125/110 right hand on repeated checks. I am a known hypertensive from 10 years. ECG attached here, I am told there is a left shift in leads 2 and 3 though not very much significant,  if any further chest pain or breathlessness to visit a cardiologist. Medicine : Telmiget 40 in morning changed to Telmiget H Night: Telmiget 40 and Cilacar 10 as earlier. Also advised to temporarily discontinue Febuxostat 80 Kindly looking forward to some suggestions.

When I stretch my neck or upper back I listen some type of crunching or popping type sound... But from my x ray of upper back and neck doctors don't get any problem... I also do lots of masturbation...from where these sounds are coming? Is it because of any deficiency of major /minor nutrients or any structural problem? Please help...

I am having anorectal issues from last 6 years. Got the pile removal surgery done. Before 2 years I was also operated (LIS) at posterior location for fissure. It has worsened my issue. I can't put load for long time on back side (posterior location) while sitting. Also there is frequent moistened feeling around anus. Do you think it can be resolved/ improved? Do you think internal spincter can be repaired? What's success possibility? What is risk involved? Thanks to help as I am struggling everyday, lost hope.
