Persistent chest discomfort.left arm and shoulder pain dizziness fainting short of breath tirdness

Hi, I have uneven body may ne after a fall from bike (left side). Left side is curve and hard and right side is flat. I can feel gaps inbetween ribs When i sit right side  becoming more flat and left side pains when i breath. Left hand pains now and then and numbs as well some times. Left side is not flexible as right side but even right side has pains when i do workout and when i sleep right side is discomfort. When i hold both sides i feel left ribs are curve and pushed inside and right ones are flattered and popped outside. Even my stomach is not in right position. Attaching pics for reference. Have a lump in left chest just below nipple ( 1.5 inch approx ) from last 6 years. Recently experiencing little discomfort/ pain in stomach region ( upper abs betweens the rib cage portion ). The discomfort is normally noticed at night when i lie down for sleep and after lunch. ( frequency daily for some time ) Also experiencing vision blurring with headache ( less frequently ) About to visit doctor in 1-2 days. Please suggest medical tests that will confirm that the symptoms related to cancer or not.

I am suffering a mild pain on upper left abdomen below the rib cage.from past 1 month.the pain is not constant..my whole abdomen Ultrasound report is normal but the report shows my bladder doesn't empty after voiding ..it shows Residual urine 75cc in bladder after voiding.. otherwise my usg report are normal..I am feels mild pain while laughing or coughing..it was very discomfort..when I am doing exercise at the time I am also feels the same pain..my doctor prescribed me zinox tab.. for 10 days..but after taking the zinox tab for 10 days the pain and discomfort is same..I am scared doctor..is this any serious issue..??.. please tell me in details why I am feels that pain sometimes..is that pain for residual urine.. please doctor..help..me..I am depressed for this problem day by day..

I have this sharp niddle like think pain since childhood its been 10-12 years it comes and goes mostly while driving or empty stomach its in back side not in front i a m worried what it is

I had Vitamin D3 and B12 deficiency 2 months back after medication the test showed normal levels .But now again I have a lot a back pain like my muscles are bruised . Mainly in the Upper back ( I work in an office in front of a Laptop ).Also I have a ringing sensation in my ears since almost a long time.

Git chest xray done ecg done both ok..oxygen level low..occasinal losemotion..Tlc 17400..shirt of breating at different intervals..apnea diagoned by two doctors..just worried abt the infection in blood..

I got a sharp pain in the bone suddenly. I just had food and when I stand i for a feel of pain which is not there before. Is this anything serious. I feel little dizziness sometimes. Not sure why. Suggest how to reduce the pain/ do any checks needed.
