Hi from few days, I am having a vomiting like feeling and sternum discomfort. Also feel like my stomach is upset sometimes. Had mild fever and bad throat more than a week ago for which I took antibiotic and paracetamol. Also felt like I had a loss of smell for 2-3 days. Not sure if it is covid, couldn't get tested due to ongoing shortage of testing staff. Can someone suggest if the vomiting like feeling is something covid related or something else and about any home remedies. Should I be worried if it is covid? I keep my oxygen level under check and it is around 97-98 and am taking vitamin c tablets. I also tend to have a pain in rib down my right chest from around an year, not sure if that is anyway related but if it is please suggest how should I get that diagnosed.

I lost 7 kg weight in almost 20 days . I always feel very mild pain or discomfort in left upper abdomen under my ribs and back ...Shortness of breath...Weakness...Voice hoarseness. On escitalopram 5 mg from one week.i feel very fatigue... Tired... My bp fluctuates a lot like 90/50  to 160/100 pulse is either 55or 110 so now on ciplar 5 too.  No stone in kidney , got it checked. My neighbor is a doctor and she told me I might have cancer...Should I get myself checked? Also my lymphocytes have never been in range...Always been  slightly high. Attaching reports. Please reply.

The right side of my belly button gets painful while passing stool and while empty stomach there is a lot of burping that too after eating also but from right side the burp is not fully relaxful it has like a sensation of discomfort and sometimes in right side only under rib cage there is a sudden pain also and now it has been two days that I have been suffering from constipated bowl movement that to loose motion and a pain very painful at the right side of the corner of belly buttion I was diagnosed one month before in my ultrasound with MILD RIGHT MESSENTERIC PARAORTIC LYMPHADENOPATHY but I have taken homapatheic medicine for it and it was fine but I went to marriage two days before and the food was not that good from then only my stomach is aching more on the right side of corner belly button

Weak digestion and gas acidity has been a problem since the last one year or so. Blood tests and ESR test done recently are okay per the reports. Some traces of E. Histolytica were detected in stool test 2 years ago. At the time I had taken Tinidazole / Tiniba 500 for 5 days.

I wanted to ask is acidity and anxiety are linked because Idk why I have this shortness of breath. I usually breath through mouth. So I have gases and then continously shortness of breath. And also last night was disturbing as I had pain under my left breast on chest. Im 19years old. I Dont think it means heart problem. Its like pressure under the breast. It worsens at night. Two yrs back i got my endoscopy done everything was fine. I have the same symptoms now but this discomfort under my breast is making me stressed. Is it just muscular. I feel its under my ribs. Cuz I keeo twisting my chest and 'tuck' sounds come like how we do to fingers. What cn be the reason?

Hello Doctor, I have this problem of mild to moderate pain and discomfort in the middle of upper abdomenal area (at the pit of the stomach, just below where the middle bone of rib cage ends). It comes and goes throughout the day. Generally I have noticed that it happens when I'm traveling outside the city, may be because of food that I eat outside? The pain varies from mild to moderate and it doesn't seem to be as a result of gas formation too as I do not fart or not burp for the pain to subside. I'm a moderate drinker, my drinking patterns are once a week or once in a fortnight. Request your observation on the same. I'm not very fond of spicy food and keep a gap of min an hour between the meals and drinking water. My body type is average with mild workout. Thanks.
