I have diagons with h.pylori in Feb 2018 and take medicine antibiotics panto kid and current medicine is acotinamide 100 mg and hepakind 300 mg thrice in day still in pain continue please suggest

Since few days I have cough which is barely coming out & due to coughing I am having chest pain. Even at movement of hands pain can be felt.

No any other treatment. No any other problem But my abdomen is uncomfortable condition. Eating food, problem is highly appreciated.

Hello Doctor, It's been a while now I am suffering from acid reflux. Sometimes it's normal & sometimes it's so severe that it hampers my day today tasks. I have tried many medicines but it didn't cure properly. Till the time i take medicine, I get relief. Anything i eat, even if i drink water alone. It comes back to my mouth & feels like acid. When food comes back to mouth..it became little cough..like when i puke it..In watching it feels like there is some cough with it. There is discomfort under my left ribs & left back. It feels like something is inside. Whenever i sleep on my stomach. my left chest area feels heavy. There is also pain on the left ribs (kbhi ribs me niche side, kbhi middle). Headache is also there.. mostly on the side of the head & back of the head. When i wake up ..the tongue gets white coating & i wake up lethargic only. Please mention the proper treatment plan & how much time required to complete the treatment so i will connect with you so we can start treatment

Hello Doctors A month before I had a similar symptoms of hand pain slight tightness in chest bloating During the event of walking the shoulder pain use to increase doctors suggested go with ecg, echo and Tmt , doctor said nothing to worry about the heart All came normal even BP as well I have a long history of acidity and bloating B12 was deficient and vit d as well so prescribed for the same Current problem Apart from hand pain , Right now even if I touch two fingers I feel a sensation in chest if I try to zoom something in mobile I feel something is stuck in m y throat sometimes I feel pressure at chest If there is a loud noise outside for e.g continuous honking my body kind of feel it across And there is a constant weight on the head and around jaws And there is pain in the back as well and surrounding neck there is a tightness and bloated stomach
