Got an accident 3 month earlier.deep cut was on nose and lip,now healed but visible scar is on nose and looks like extra skin.feel an internal pull and numbness upon lip and nose.what should I supposed to do.my tooth was broken and was stitch on tongue,now stich removed but tingling on tongue continues.Lower lip stiff

Few days ago, i had under gone endoscopy for heaviness in right upper abdomen heaviness, result is mild gastritis with RUT positive ( Light red colour in the RUT biposy test card. 30 days have been passed but no relief from the symptoms. With heaviness in upper abdomen, now i have discomfortness in the right upper back rib, when heaviness occurs,i feel discomfort in the rib and light breathing issue. Checked Spo2 and heart rate spo2 is 98% and heart rate is ranging between 80-86 bpm. USG reports are normal. Is this symptoms are all of due to gastritis ?. I am more about the heaviness in upper back rib and breathing problem. Burping give me little relaxation but again symptoms comes. Heaviness mostly occurs after having bowel movement and after eating food.

For the past year of so, I have been having slight discomfort / pain in the upper abdomen (just below the ribs on the Right Side). The discomfort shows up on food intake or when I bend down. - Additionally: 1) I have a discomfort on waist line where shoulder touches waist. 2) Knee pain 3) Unrelated perhaps: Sometimes there is irritation in groin area, redness in scrotum sacs, irritation near anus. Recently got blood tests and USG Abdomen done. Main symptoms there: 1) Low Vitamin D 2) USG shows fat infiltration in liver. Can you suggest what could be the problem? Do I need to meetup a Gastro doctor, urologist or any other specialist?

I got phylonephritis 2 years before and got treated for that and after that had continued pain throughout my right abdomen and leg. but after some months pain was gone. But on 16 Oct 2024 at midnight suddenly there was a severe pain in the lower right abdomen.Immediately did all tests including CT SCAN and MRI, all showing almost everything normal. Also did a blood test for LFT, RFT and CRP. So CRP was 28 and found total protein 5.5, albumin 2.5 , potassium 3.50, which is low.Visited multiple clinics and did multiple tests but most of them said it is muscle spasm.But now it has been 6 months and still the pain is same.Not able to find out what exactly it is. When I lie flat on my back , I feel a pulling feeling in upper stomach just below the chest which is kind of uncomfortable. This does not happen if I lie sideways or on stomach or any other position or if I lie on back where neck is at a raised height. What can it be ?

I was detected covid+ 6 months back and was on medrol 16mg for 11 days. I have been getting constant chest pain then after however x-ray, ECG and Echo test were normal.Consulted few doctors and they prescribed medicine which is yet not helping to treat my pain specifically on left side of chest. Since a month I have started taking Himalaya's Septilin with a little relief. is it safe to get vaccinated with this pain and septilin as a medication.

Does gerd cause bloating , indigestion , and constipation , hard stool sometimes, nausea , bitter mouth taste

I done my usg test and kidney urine culture test and RFT test and a more urine test do from parasitology but no bacteria found in my urine.   its all normal but when i wake up in morning i get dull pain near flank side and near bladder area and some different types of smell coming from my urine. I feel weakness when i wake up and all day after drinking a lots of water my mouth is dry. After eating food i feel very well. sometimes my legs are paining(cramps). I do not understand what is goingon nobody find the main reason of my health problems. Iam non-alcoholic, non- tobacco person i did not take that type of items. But iam confusing did i have a dehydration problem. Whenever i drink water my mouth was dry i drink 4-5 litres in a day. But i did not understand the main reason. I feel very ill in morning. Iam attaching my reports. Kindly provide me a best suggestions.
