Woke up today with severe shoulder pain and pain between stomach Nd chest both the side ! What could be this ? The pain is sever

I have been facing pain in upper chest from quite few days. Earlier I thought it's breast pain. But lately I have realised it's not localised pain , it's circulating in the area surrounding my breast. I had started wearing wired bra 1 week back. The pain had also commenced around the same time. Even though I have stopped wearing that bra now. But still it pains.

For the past year of so, I have been having slight discomfort / pain in the upper abdomen (just below the ribs on the Right Side). The discomfort shows up on food intake or when I bend down. - Additionally: 1) I have a discomfort on waist line where shoulder touches waist. 2) Knee pain 3) Unrelated perhaps: Sometimes there is irritation in groin area, redness in scrotum sacs, irritation near anus. Recently got blood tests and USG Abdomen done. Main symptoms there: 1) Low Vitamin D 2) USG shows fat infiltration in liver. Can you suggest what could be the problem? Do I need to meetup a Gastro doctor, urologist or any other specialist?

Inside mouth palate I always gets sound and when I sleep and wake up I feel dizzy for 1 hour every day it started since 2022 January and when I shake my head my ear itch or sounds and i have uneven ribcage structural issues which is disturbing me doctors are not listening to me wasted too much on useless scans Can you guys doctor advice me what to do now I am so tired if you son/daughter where chronically ill where you will go and what you will do please advice me it will help me somehow

Hi before 2-3 yrs my stomach was burning too after that condition i feeling like food stuck in my chest and tightness of chest although my intestine area is snooth no tightness but i cant feel the food which i take all test ct abdomen ct chest and endoscopy is cleared... can someone suggest me what is problem

It's been three days now.... it is very very very swollen at E.R. THEY GIVE ME A SCRIPT FOR 5 MG VIKADEN...DOESN'T EVEN TOUCH THE PAIN.
