Pulling flng below ribs when lying flat
When I lie flat on my back , I feel a pulling feeling in upper stomach just below the chest which is kind of uncomfortable.
This does not happen if I lie sideways or on stomach or any other position or if I lie on back where neck is at a raised height.
What can it be ?
