When I stretch my neck or upper back I listen some type of crunching or popping type sound... But from my x ray of upper back and neck doctors don't get any problem... I also do lots of masturbation...from where these sounds are coming? Is it because of any deficiency of major /minor nutrients or any structural problem?
Please help...

The sounds indicate that the lubrication in your joints is reducing. Excess masturbation is a cause as you are wasting your Vital energy which also weakens the immune system. So good to avoid such activities and focus your mind & energies towards Positive thinks.
Regular Oil application will help in lubrication. Have proper balanced diet, sleep on time. Exercise regularly, you can start with walk but do it empty stomach.
Hello, I dont think it to be A structural problem because x ray is normal. May be some kind of rheumatism of neck and back muscles. May be due to some exertion. There are some good medicines in homoeopathy like rhus tox, arnica, hypericum, actea, sticta.. But you have to consult a homoepath to select a medicine among these.... And simultaneously you can do static head exercise which is effective
