Hii Doctor My vagina is very itchy, burning, swollen, red, and discharge like cottage cheese, what should I do now? Which medicine should be taken?

I suddenly woke up at night with fast heart rate and nervousness ( but no sweat)and then felt to urge to defecate and after that when I checked my bp it was 140/95 and pulse 104, after 10 min bp was 124/90 and pulse was 85, spo2 99% and 7 days ago I just did an ECG which was normal, I can walk 30-40 without any issue, and since January my escitalopram dose was tapered from 20mg to 10mg, should I need to be worried?

I'm sometimes getting heaviness in chest with numbness in arm and body feel weak at that time. When I feel this attack my heartbeat also rises. I have done my ecg which show sinus arrhythmia and echocardiography, tropT but everything is normal  Doctors have given me anxiety medications. But I'm worried as whenever I sleep the heartbeat increases and I feel feared and anxious. What should I do??

Hi doc, last week I had eye pain and felt like something in eyes . Visited eye clinic, doc told nothing in eyes, power of ur eyes may be varied. So gave me two drops opta- m nd k- gat drops. Continuing this drops but everyday alternativly one eye behaves like some thing thread like discharge in eyes, sensitive to lights and slightly pains, another eye remains normal, nextday reverse. Even changed power of glasses . Please give me some suggestiona

I have an mild anus pain and difficult to sit. I also had constipation and urge to defecate.I went to ano rectal doctor he examined and told there is nothing to worry about. He gave anobliss cream , some pain killer , SAMFLAV tab and abaxolax syrup. But when I applying cream inside my anus there was a spot (when I touched it feels like there was something because it is inside Iam not able to understand what it is) it's been two weeks it's still there. There is a pulling sensation on and off and it is giving me a lot of stress. And from four days iam having gas trouble. I don't know  which doctor to consult.

It was started on January this year, Doctor prescribed me 10 days of Cipro and hetrazan for Epididymitis (though in blood test and urine test everything came normal). As prescribed, I went for Color Doppler also for scrotum and everything was good in that report also. Right now I feel pain when I ejaculate, and my i feel one thick chord like structure in my right testicles and my epididymis feels bigger than left. How to cure this?

I have migrating pain in my abdomen and now it's persistent right side and of the abdomen. 3 rounds of scan and blood tests in last 3 months shows normal. Sometimes it's sever pain and dull pain always. Please help as am not finding any help
