I feel little irritation in nose.. probably like sinusitis... I had my surgery done in 2016 but still feel that the problem has reoccurred.. also suffering from gas troubles so have difficulty in breathing...what can it be

From today morning i am javing some diacomfortness in left jaw and some pain feeling sensation. Please guide me.

I am 23 years old having sedentary lifestyle. From the last 1-2 days my body feels very wierd. Having numbness type in left leg from the knee. Feeling that i will get a heartattack or will die soon.Trembling in body while lifting some normal heavy things. Twitching and numbness occurs when i do activities for a same position for a long time. Some gas trouble also troubles me alot. Recently on Sept-2019 i had undergone several blood test such as kidney,liver,cbc,thyroid,cbc,lipied etc all are in a normal range. But these symptoms scares me alot and due to this i am not able to focus on careere and studies. Please guide me what to do and whether this symptoms are a dangaerous signal for the body.

Can someone suggest some eardrops for ear itchiness and dryness. There's not much wax buildup. There's also pain on the outer ear lobes sometimes. I think it may be because of prolonged use of earphones due to long office hours and work from home calls. The issue comes and goes away in few days but I would appreciate some ear drops that I can use frequently with no side effects. Thanks in advance for the help.

My 4 yr old boy was absolutely energetic and normal till yesterday afternoon. When having lunch, he started with complaining that his anal area is paining, and looked distressed. Within a span of 2hrs, he started running 103.5 fever. We connected with local peadtrician here and he prescribed calpol 250mg for fever, Decolic 2.5ml every 3-4hrs and Taxim O forte 2.5ml twice daily for 3 days. Currently, fever has reduced to around 100deg. However, he is having repeated stools which is transparent and watery - changing from lemon yellow colour yesterday to bright green today. He has been to potty 10-12times so far since yesterday afternoon to today afternoon. Zero appetite, very weak. Please suggest how to take it from here.. he has had 3 calpol doses , 4 decolic doses and 1 taxim o dose till now. He is also drinking ORS and water regularly and has had 1 dose of NexproJunior. Please help.

From the last two days i am having irritation and itching continuing with pain in lower side of the both eyes. Please guide me as i have done barrage laser in both eyes since 70 days ago. Is something related to laser or some warning signs.

On July 30,i had a severe chest pain and palpitation in the middle of the chest.i went to doctor in emergency he consulted that it is not related to heart ,it is  gastritis issue..!! Still chest heavyness,neck congestion, was continue to happen..the acidity issue gone fine within month ...!! last month end of aug , i again consulted doctor as the doctor knews my family history. so she told for chest xray.x ray report shows mild infection and she suggested for montaux test and chest CT scan. but CT scan report was normal.so she gave me medicine for infection and acidity . still the chest feeling is not good..now it started causing sudden pinch pain in middle chest,nausea,and hands pain..sometimes it feels like am breathing wrong.!
