Doctor, i have pain near liver Ultrasound shows distended gallbladder, and liver is normal, also lft is normal. What must be causing this. Is distended gallbladder normal?

Respected doctor, i facing liver burning sensation somtimes, but ultrasound and lft is normal, it is something to worry.
