Internally i felt center chest pressure for fraction of second till noticeable time. I am having arm pain and should pain along with neck pressure and pain while running walking.. Everytime i am rubbing particular part with finger. I am worried about this.. pls help is it anything serious. I did echo and TmT, Trop i in july and august & ntpro bnp & echo 3rd time in nov all are normal. Should i perform tmt again??

Hy, 3 years ago, I was diagnosed with chronic sinusitis, which still persists and hurts me along with other issues. I was also diagnosed with Myofascial Pain Syndrome in 2017-18 which causes stiffness in muscles and muscle pain. Apart from this, my periods haven't come since 2 months. I am having white discharge too frequently. Also, personally I'm experiencing severe fatigue which make me unable to do, concentrate or focus on anything, which makes me unable even to study. Heavy mood swings, most probably sad and in tears, getting irritated on anything that disturbs me, frustrations, feeling dizziness and shivering at times may be due to personal and professional problems are also haunting me. Feeling of worthlessness and constantly being outdone discourages me everytime. Always tensed and having anxiety issues too. I'm confused where to start with and whom to consult.

I have frequent acidity issues so that I got endoscopy done report shows pretty normal , came out like I have GERD and H pyloric is negative initially, but after almost one day the kit turned pink and showing positive. What does that mean ? M I really positive ( it tuned pink after almost 20hours ) or false positive?

I got gas problem by using some medication's since last week I'm using pan top gas tablet mrng and and 1 syrup 2 times daily after a meal I stopped syrup from 2 days from today mrng I'm feeling very uncomfortable in stamach and some muses in stool and daily I'm going up to 3 to 4 times a day what is my actual problem

I have chronic constipation, indigestion and gas. Gas always climbs towards chest and make me unwell. Using ppi and medines for bp. I was tested for ECG, echo and angiography. All result are normal recently. Sometimes it looks like my heart skips beat. I become tense then. My cardiologist says palpitation is nothing to worry. My bp, sugar are normal. Is palpitation normal?

After evening suddenly i am having a pain both arms, legs and headache. Very different type of pain which is not severe but bearable, this type of pain never happened to me. No fever no cough. One sided headache specially in right head and right hand pain.
